We know that a healthy diet is vital for children who are trying to lose weight. Everyday on camp, we have three full meals, and a healthy snack, mid-afternoon.
MoreLife Camp is not about dieting. We are not a fat camp and do not believe in fad diets.
Food at MoreLife Summer Camp will be the same kind of food you would expect to eat at home. We have three meals a day, and a healthy snack in between. A qualified dietician ensures children are given the right amount of food based on individual nutritional needs, so no-one ever goes hungry! Our trained chefs offer a new menu every day, so nobody gets bored.
Children have the chance to try loads of new foods making some treats of their own.

Porridge with Jam
Minestrone Soup and pasta salad
Pitta bread and filling Sandwich
Plus a dessert of jelly, yoghurt, ice lolly, biscuits or fruit
Turkey stir fry and noodles
Gammon steak and chips

Plus a dessert including: chocolate mousse, apple crumble, jelly and ice cream
